NZSE 2018 Conference Terms and Conditions Bookings By registering for the 2018 NZSE Conference, you agree to the following terms and conditions: NZSE has organised the conference in association with Novotel, Cathedral Square. NZSE has taken extensive measures to ensure the Novotel delivers the agreed services but NZSE does not accept any liability if Novotel does not meet its obligations. All accommodation arrangements are a matter solely between each delegate and the Novotel or their preferred accommodation provider.
Registration If registering a delegate on their behalf, you confirm that you are authorised by that person to make the booking and that person has agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. Registration fees must be paid in full by 5pm 26th October 2018 to take part in the conference. By registering, you confirm and acknowledge that you are a Healthcare Professional or scientist working in the field of endocrinology. Exceptions are made at the sole discretion of NZSE. NZSE does not accept responsibility for the views expressed by the individual speakers. Cancellation & Amendments Email amendment requests to NZSE at email@example.com. NZSE will do its best but cannot guarantee to accommodate the request. Cancellations must be emailed to NZSE at firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunds are as follows: · Cancellation received by 30th June 2018: full refund · Cancellation received by 30 August 2018: 50% refund · Cancellation received after 1st October 2018: no refund or 50% refund if substituting for another full-paying delegate. If NZSE is forced to cancel or amend any aspect of the conference (including the conference programme) or cancels the entire conference, delegates will be notified promptly prior to the advertised date of the event. NZSE accepts no liability in respect of any loss or damage, whether direct, consequential or otherwise arising from any amendment, or delay in providing the conference programme or change in venue.
Personal Information & Imagery NZSE takes the protection of personal information seriously. It will not pass personal information it obtains to third parties without the person's prior consent, except to circulate a list of delegates to other attendees. If you do not want your name, job title and organisation to be on this list, please email NZSE at email@example.com. NZSE may use general information, without identifying individuals, for promotional purposes. In registering for the conference, delegates agree to NZSE taking photographs during the conference solely for promotional purposes. NZSE respects the right to privacy so, if you do not wish to be in any photography, you must notify NZSE prior to the conference at firstname.lastname@example.org. NZSE does not accept responsibility for photographs taken and used by others e.g. delegates and speakers.
